Every second Wednesday of the month from 9am to 12 noon, a solicitor from Fraser Dawbarns will attend the Hive at RAF Marham to offer 30 minutes of free, confidential legal advice.

Advice is available on a wide range of topics including family matters, legal disputes, employment issues, Wills, commercial advice, and landlord and tenant disputes.

Janet Lane and Rebecca Woodley are both solicitors based at the firm’s King’s Lynn and Downham Market offices and will be providing the free legal advice at the Hive.

Janet is an experienced solicitor in the firm’s civil litigation department and she specialises in all legal disputes. Janet has been qualified since 2004 and can provide straightforward and reliable advice on clinical negligence, contentious probate, property disputes, landlord and tenant, contract disputes and building disputes. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a national network of lawyers who specialise in personal injury cases and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work.

Rebecca Woodley 1Rebecca is a knowledgeable solicitor in the family law department at Fraser Dawbarns with 19 years experience and specialises in all aspects of relationship breakdown, divorce, children matters, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and financial and property claims. Rebecca has been qualified since 1998 and has been with Fraser Dawbarns since 2002. She is a trained Collaborative lawyer and works to find amicable and constructive solutions to relationship breakdown and she is also a member of Resolution, an organisation of family law professionals.
