Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

 

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team of experienced Conveyancers, to assist with sales and purchases, for the full range of residential property transactions.

Fraser Dawbarns LLP is one of the leading law firms in the local area with 5 offices in King’s Lynn, Wisbech, March, Downham Market and Ely.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience, gained in a busy Residential Conveyancing Department, and must possess the confidence to hit the ground running.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 12 months experience working within a busy Conveyancing Department
  • Knowledge of the Conveyancing process from instruction through to completion
  • Previous experience of using a case management system
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and able to time-manage efficiently
  • Interpersonal and client focused
