Legal Secretary – Ely

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy and friendly team at our Ely office.

The successful candidate for this position will be expected to provide full secretarial support to fee earners performing such tasks as diary management, audio and copy typing and file management. This role also has responsibility for general office administration and meeting and greeting clients.

To apply for this position, you must be able to use initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to prioritise. You must be organised with a flexible approach and the ability to multitask your workload.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years experienced as a Legal Secretary
  • Audio and IT skills with a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm
  • Experience of general administration
  • Friendly and adaptable approach
  • An understanding of Case Management Software
