Gerald Bloye

Gerald Bloye is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Civil Litigation department specialising in dispute resolution including commercial disputes, leasehold issues and employment law. He qualified in 1998 and offers a very high level of experience and expertise to clients.

A notable Court of Appeal case which Gerald dealt with was Colin Dawson Windows Ltd v Howard relating to adverse possession of land.

Prior to joining Fraser Dawbarns LLP, Gerald worked at two local firms, Kenneth Bush and Mossop and Bowser.

Outside of work, Gerald is a member of the committee of the Ouse Amateur Sailing Club.
