Ian qualified as a solicitor in 2003 having previously been a scientist. He is an experienced duty solicitor and holds Higher Rights Of Audience (Crime). Ian is one of few defence solicitors regularly exercising higher rights in Norfolk. He also regularly appears in other Crown Courts across East Anglia.
Ian is a specialist military court advocate and has defended service personnel at Courts Martial throughout the United Kingdom and abroad. He also represents military clients with problems relating to service employment, complaints and regulation; personal accident insurance and military pensions.
