Iain joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2008. He is a Member and heads up the residential property team. Iain handles both residential and commercial property transactions in West Norfolk, Fenland and beyond. He also advises a number of property developers who are active in the area.

Before joining Fraser Dawbarns, Iain was a partner in a firm based in King’s Lynn for 3 years. He is a keen motorcyclist and co-founder of the Biker Legal Line, a free legal advice line for members of the British Motorcyclist Federation. He is also an active member of the Chamber of Trade in Downham Market.
