Iain joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2008. He is a Member Solicitor and is head of the residential property team which is accredited with the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
Iain handles both residential and commercial property transactions in West Norfolk, Fenland and beyond. He also advises a number of property developers and buy to let portfolio owners who are active in East Angila.
Before joining Fraser Dawbarns, Iain was a partner in a firm based in King’s Lynn for 3 years. He co-founded the Biker Legal Line, a free legal advice line for member of the British Motorcyclist Federation, is a member of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce western executive committee and is an active member of the Downham Market Chamber of Trade.
Iain is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys most family time and when possible indulging in his passion for motorcycle riding, which involves observing for his local Advanced Motorists Group - fenriders and delivering blood products for SERV Norfolk.
