Rebecca Woodley is a knowledgeable family solicitor based at our Downham Market office with 17 years experience. Prior to joining us in 2002, Rebecca worked at another local firm of solicitors in King’s Lynn.

Rebecca helps families deal with relationship breakdown in a constructive and positive way, and can provide advice on divorce, children and financial matters. She can also advise on and prepare pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.

Rebecca considers all forms of dispute resolution with her clients and helps them choose the most appropriate way forward for them and their family. She recognises that it is beneficial to separating families to resolve all issues by agreement rather than an application to the court. She is aware most clients have concerns regarding legal fees and takes this into account when advising the client how to proceed.
