Residential Conveyancer 3-4 Years PQE – March Office

We are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join our expanding March office Conveyancing team.

The candidate will be expected to have knowledge and experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages and shared ownership matters, as well as some light commercial property experience.

Required Skills and Experience/Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience handling all types of conveyancing matters.
  • ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Experience handling a high caseload.
  • Manage freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

Salaries are competitive and based on experience.

Support Staff

Full-Time Conveyancing Legal Secretary – March Office

We are seeking an experienced conveyancing secretary/PA for an extremely busy fee earner.

To apply for this position, you must be able to use initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to prioritise. You must be highly organised with the ability to multitask a high workload.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years as a residential conveyancing secretary.
  • Audio and IT skills with a minimum typing speed of 70wpm.
  • A familiarity with all Land Registry, SDLT, common Landlord and Tenant forms, both online and using in-house software.
  • Full understanding of Case Management Software.

This position would suit an experienced, highly organised senior legal secretary who enjoys keeping busy and carrying out tasks with little supervision.
