Legal

Residential Conveyancer 3-4 Years PQE – March Office

We are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join our expanding March office Conveyancing team.

The candidate will be expected to have knowledge and experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages and shared ownership matters, as well as some light commercial property experience.

Required Skills and Experience/Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience handling all types of conveyancing matters.
  • ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Experience handling a high caseload.
  • Manage freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

Salaries are competitive and based on experience.

Support Staff

Full-Time Conveyancing Legal Secretary –¬†Wisbech Office

This position involves client liaison, file opening, diary management, typing up of legal documents and some basic paralegal duties. Experience of using Case Management Systems would be an advantage but is by no means essential.

This position would suit an experienced legal secretary who enjoys keeping busy and working in a friendly environment. The successful candidate must have proven experience in Residential Conveyancing work and be capable of carrying out tasks with minimal supervision. They must also have good audio and IT skills with a minimum typing speed of 60wpm.

Salaries are competitive and based on experience.
