Marketing and Practice Development Professional

 

Fraser Dawbarns are looking to recruit a Marketing and Practice Development Professional with some experience to run the day to day marketing and long-term marketing strategies of the firm.
We are looking for someone with drive and initiative to fill this new role, working alongside the Partners/Practice Manager to plan and implement marketing campaigns and monitor effectiveness of communications.

Key responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Creation/publication of marketing materials, including newsletters, press materials, magazines, internal publications
• Advertising/Brand awareness
• Award entries
• Attend regular meetings to discuss future events and marketing requirements
• Organise and co-ordinate corporate and other events, delivering those events on time and within budget
• Managing/training lawyers on Social Media including twitter/blog feeds/ Linked In
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
• Press Liaison/news articles, including assistance in writing editorials
• Managing the firms CRM database
• Studying and reporting on competitors products and services
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
• Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
• In liaison with our IT Department and external providers, maintain and develop the firms Website, intranet, and social media platforms Monitor content regularity and report activity

Requirements:
- Law firm industry experience preferable but not essential
- A knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques/concepts
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Think creatively
- Full UK Driving Licence

 


 

Trainer and IT Administrator

 

We are looking to recruit someone to take over in house staff training for all our computer systems and to provide IT administration support for our company systems.

You will liaise with the IT Manager and Practice Manger on all areas of Training and system support as we look to deliver the best service to our staff which we will further improve our customer relationships.

Areas of responsibility
• Train new and current staff members to use all our IT and Case Management systems, as well as help to develop the use of these systems moving forward
• Train new and current staff on Printers/Copiers/Telephones and provide simple user guides
• Provide welcome/induction training pack for staff
• Provide technical support and guidance to all staff
• Helping to Maintain and develop the firms Intranet, Internet and social media platforms
• Provide support within the IT department. This will involve user and server administration as well as some more technical support and troubleshooting
• Must be flexible enough to apply yourself to all areas within the department and to be able to represent the IT department in all our offices

Key Skills
- Strong sense of customer service, with effective verbal and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Products
- Must be able to successfully communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
- Working and Administrative Knowledge of a wide range of IT and communication system (e.g. PCs, servers, printers, scanners, digital photographic equipment, servers) is preferable
- Knowledge of "Advanced Legal Business" preferable - ALB
- Must have 3 years plus experience of working in an office environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence
